I am Lady Gee Atienza Papasin, a 23-year-old degree holder, public servant, and someone who advocates against colorism. Growing up, I experienced being bullied because of my dark skin, which made me believe that being morena was something unwanted and unattractive. But I stand here to challenge that misconception and remind every woman that beauty has no shade. I believe that we should embrace who we are, accept our imperfections, and become the best version of ourselves because every woman is beautiful in her own right.
